We are now looking for the right personality: a pioneering, hands-on leader who will bring the stories of our authors to the ears, hearts, and minds of audiences worldwide — and join our team as:

Head of International Marketing (m/w/d)

The Opportunity: 

  • Since launching in February 2025, we’ve prepared the multilingual audio and eBook release of works by bestselling authors like Sebastian Fitzek, Michael Ende, and other genre-defining writers – targeting audiences in the US, Latin America, EU and Asia. Your role is to bring our remarkable catalogue and high-profile authors to the full attention of global audiences in these key regions.

  • As Head of International Marketing, you will play a central role in building Parkum’s international marketing network from the ground up. This is your chance to create something that has never existed before: a global network of marketing partners that spans from Patagonia to Korea, raising awareness for some of the world’s greatest authors and stories that truly resonate with people. 

  • By joining Parkum at this stage, you’ll help build something that will always carry your signature. From strategy to execution, you’ll shape how we work, collaborate, and engage with partners and audiences – turning vision into action and opening bold new paths for our stories to reach listeners and readers worldwide. 

  • We want your mind to help shape the right setup, your creativity to design distinctive awareness initiatives, your hands to execute and test bold ideas, and your persistence to operationalize the most effective approaches. And just as importantly, we count on your curiosity, communication skills, and willingness to travel – connecting with distribution partners and influencers in our core regions as we pave the way for powerful stories and storytellers to become international brands.

The Perfect Fit:

  • Ideally, you have a proven track record in building and scaling marketing initiatives for digital entertainment or publishing products in more than one country.  

  • English is second nature to you - whether as a native speaker, multi-lingual, or through significant time spent abroad. You thrive in multicultural settings, love connecting teams and regions, and know how to bridge differences for collective success.

  • You are not looking for a job in which you create a strategy while others execute it for you. Instead, you're eager to build something that will carry your personal mark – owning and shaping strategy, tactics, and implementation for a new era of international spoken word entertainment.
